United Way of Treasure Valley announces new Community Campaign Director 
  

Boise, Idaho – United Way of Treasure Valley has hired Kathy Wold as its new Community Campaign Director. She brings more than 10 years of sales, project development and customer service experience to her new role. Her most recent position was with Idaho Power in the energy trading department.

Kathy is very familiar with United Way and its Community Campaign having served as a Loaned Executive in 2005. Following the campaign she was named the "Exceptional LE" of the year. She has also served as a United Way Community Impact Volunteer. Kathy will lead every segment of the 2007 campaign including volunteer recruitment and training, assisting company campaign coordinators, and special events and sponsorships.  
      

 The 2007-08 United Way Community Campaign Kick-Off is scheduled for August 30^th at the Boise Centre on the Grove. Last year’s campaign raised $5.4 million and involved over 300 Treasure Valley companies and more than 18,000 donors.
