United Way of Treasure Valley announces new Campaign Chair
Boise, Idaho – United Way of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce that Jenifer Dellgard, Vice President Idaho Marketing, Bank of the Cascades will chair this year’s United Way Community Campaign. The annual fundraising campaign will kick off this year on August 28th with a community breakfast at the Boise Centre on the Grove.
Last year’s United Way campaign raised over $5.4 million and involved more than 360 Treasure Valley organizations and 400 volunteers. More than 15,000 individuals donate annually to United Way of Treasure Valley.
United Way works to create opportunities for a good life for all by focusing its grants and activities on education, income and health, with a 100 percent local approach.
Besides serving on United Way’s Board of Directors, Dellgard has chaired the organization’s marketing committee for two years. She also serves on the Board of Life’s Kitchen, a United Way partner agency.
